So unfortuneatly, I don't have any new pics. but I do have a funny story!
I went to Super Sat. (Aug 20) at church, where the women get together and make crafts all morning.
It was a slow, glorious 5 hours of no duties, I was totally relaxed and feeling rather energetic.
As I realized Bruce hadn't called me in a panic, I almost took off again! But Bruce caught me in the garage, trying to grab the keys.
Well, he was a little too preoccupied to notice my 5 hour absence so he avoided my eyes and said:
"Promise me you will still love me after you go inside"
Frankly, I was too relaxed to really think about what he was saying.
So I joked about leaving, and when he agreed too quickly that He didn't need me to help with the kids, I decided I had better check the damage.
I found a scene out of Malcolm in the Middle!
I walked in to see the ouside kitchen wall was completely gone!
There was nothing covering the gaping hole in the house and there was a huge pile of rubble on the porch.
After I took in the scene, I couldn't help it, I started laughing!
It was too funny: Mom leaves and Dad demolishes a room!
So I cheerfully asked if he needed help. He gets grumpier the more I laugh and I tell three of my friends, one of whom took pics.
By now, I realize I'm hurting his feelings and so I offer to help clean up.
It took me 2 hours to clean up all the rubble and I threw out some of the kids toys for good measure!
Bruce, being the conqueror he is, put in 1 set of french doors on sat. and finished the other set on Teus. night. It looks great.
We still need to finish out the whole wall and surrounding trim but I love it and the kids can open the door (and go outside)!
So, the moral is, some parents need nanny cams and don't start what you don't want to finish!
As soon as I can I will post the new kitchen pics.!

Camping anyone?

iSN'T it CRAZY THAT i HAVE A PICTURE OF THIS?! When we first met!

My friend took me up to OK for the tornado cleanup and I saw Bruce; and kept trying to talk to him but his family was always around! Of course they didn't know I was in the picture, I snuck in at the last second!

This is John, Bruce and I on our first weekend date. John was our chaperone. What a nice guy! I'm pretty sure he hated it.

What i will turn into, if I can't go camping!

I really want to take the kids camping, especially before school starts. I want to go to Turner Falls in Oklahoma. Anyone interested?

I went there once for a couple of hours and have always wanted to go back. I went there to visit after I met Bruce at the tornado cleanup site. It has alot of wooded areas, a waterfall and a creek that runs down the mountain that goes thru some of the the site. I know you have to pay for each car, maybe per person. Anyway, I am looking for my list of activities for the metroplex and will scan and upload it asap!

I know it's short notice but how about camping anytime from the 13th to the 25th of Aug.?

Lilli- From brand new to this!

Her first cheesy smile!
Hanging out and playing!

Consoling herself with her pacifier*fingers!
Lilli will be 1 yearold on the 12th, lots of changes!

Nothing new!

But Seeing as noone else has posted, here goes.

Bruce is on a short break from school and then he will start one online class and an on campus class. In October, he will start and finish his last 2 classes ever! Can't wait. His bizness is slowly growing and the referrals are wonderful! Thank you!

My youngest sister Mackenzie turns 19 today! happy B-day Kenzie-koo!

Lilli will be a 1 year old on the 12 of Aug and I will be 29 on the 9th. Crazy!

There alot of Birthdays this month so if you're one of them: "Happy Birthday!"

I got to hang out with my family two weekends in a row and we talked and ate and laughed watching "Malcolm in the Middle". It was nice.

I have to say I love Summer! Seeing as we are in the metroplex, there are all these great things to do! I have a list if anyone wants it. Some of the activities cost money, some are free!

I'm planning a date with Bruce to the UTA Planetarium
