Bruce!

Oh Yeah,
Bruce finished his last final on Sat.......

Even though we don't know his grades yet, we really don't care because........

He's finally done with his BACHELOR'S degree!!

This is the part where you jump up and say YAY!

We accept congrats in the form of food or cash, or prayers!

So who is coming to his graduation party? Remember, upon pain of death; if you couldn't make it?

By the way, it's been over 7 years and this past year was full time.

We have definitely been blessed because I don't think I could have handled the 4 kids on my own, without alot of help from God.

Anyway, we'll see who starts school next.

Hopefully I can work in a couple classes and Bruce wants to take singing lessons and Spanish classes.
Learning is so worth the work!

Here's the cookie recipe:
1 (18.25 oz) package of blueberry muffin mix (with the can of blueberries in it)
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips

mix muffin mix, flour, butter, and eggs. fold in chocolate chips and drained bluberries with floured hands. (your hands will get extremely messy) shape half the dough in a 12 inch long roll - it will be sticky. put on greased baking sheet, flatten slightly until 2 inches wide. repeat with remaining dough.
bake at 350 for 25 minutes. cool on baking sheets on wire racks for 1 hour.
cut each roll diagonally into 3/4 inch slices with serrated knife. place slices, cut side down on ungreased baking sheets. bake at 350 for 10 minutes, turn slices over and bake another 6 minutes. transfer to wire racks and let cool.
put remaining chocolate chips from package in a small, heavy duty plastic bag and melt in microwave for 30 seconds at a time. massage until smooth. cut a small hole in one corner and drizzle over biscotti. let cool until set.

EAT.
